Building the Digital Panopticon: America's most dire hour
This morning, 7/24/25, I released the latest episode of the Clandestine Radio Podcast titled File003- The Shadow Goverenment: From Garden Plot to the Digital Cage. I feel, personally, that this is quite possibly the most timely and important episode that I have released to date. Whether the masses have realized this or not, we are currently facing an unprecedented threat to not only our 4th Amendment rights but also to our very sovereignty as American citizens. Sound like hyperbole? I assure you that it, unfortunately, is not. The current administration, which campaigned on the promises to not continue the endless wars in the Middle East, to release the full Epstein files and hold people accountable, to bring back affordability and give relief to the dwindling middleclass in America, to end the Ukraine war, protect social benefits, and more broadly to avoid policies that would hurt working people, has instead done the exact opposite on each and every one of those points. Regardless of your current feelings about Trump, it isn't hard to see that we got played, and the admin has GREATLY deviated from their original positions on all of those things and more. Saying all of that to say, that the most concerning moves made by this administration aren't even listed there among their greatest shits. After taking office, Trump immediately shot RFK Jr's MAHA movement in the foot and effectively crippled any progress he was trying to make. Now, you can choose to agree or disagree with RFK Jr. I'm not here to argue whether he is right or wrong in everything he has ever done. I'm simply saying that some of the more promising proposals that he had, which the vast majority of us supported, were rendered moot by Trump in the first months of taking office. He did the same thing to Tulsi. Two people who swayed a large amount of us who did vote for him to ever do so in the first place were rendered impotent right from the start.
Next, he buddied up with Moderna and pushed for more "vaccines" to use the mRNA lipid nanoparticle technology, which made the COVID shots so dangerous to begin with. Then, unsurprisingly, he intentionally allowed the clock to run out on prosecuting Anthony Fauci or any of the other people responsible for the massive amount of lies and deceptive practices surrounding gain-of-function work being funded by his department and the COVID shots overall.
Then, perhaps most critically, he started using federal money to buy up Palantir technology, along with Oracle, and integrate them both into our government systems. Most notably, into our domestic surveillance state with software like Palantir's Gotham and Foundry. Some of the same tech that has been being field tested and used to track and eliminate supposed "terrorists" in Gaza. Yeah, where the civilian casualty rate is astronomically high, and we KNOW that underreporting is going on, at least on the Israeli side. There has also been a push on the enforcement end to utilize their Gotham software along with fully autonomous drone technology (like what has also been actively deployed in Gaza). To fully map out the progression of the surveillance state just since Trump has taken office in any sort of a meaningful way, I'm going to try and examine this in a series of points, all with references. And break this all down in a digestible and easily sharable format so that you—or anyone you are awesome enough to share it with—don't have to read through gigs of documents or compile together information from a far-flung selection of online reporting in order to get a solid grasp on what we are truly up against. Thank you in advance for reading and sharing.
1. The administrative shifts.
Data Consolidation and AI-Augmented Tools
Centralizing Records: The administration has worked to interconnect data across federal, state, and local agencies to build consolidated profiles. [1-Prismreports]
Deploying AI Analysis: The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has utilized AI-augmented tools to analyze travel patterns, commercial activities, and social networks under domestic threat and protest monitoring initiatives. [2-Brennan Center for Justice]
Data Broker Empowerment: Federal agencies have continued utilizing commercial data aggregators like Palantir and Babel Street to pool public and private records on individuals. [3-ACLU]
Foreign Intelligence and Surveillance Act (FISA) Stance
Pushing for Clean Extensions: Trump actively lobbied Congress for clean, un-reformed extensions of Section 702 of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act, resisting bipartisan efforts to mandate warrants for searching the communications of Americans swept up in the program. [1, 2- Brennan Center-PBS]
Signing Short-Term Renewals: He signed stopgap and short-term extensions to keep key intelligence collection authorities active amidst legislative standoffs. [1, 2- Brennan Center-PBS+]
Domestic Threat Directives
Targeting Political Dissent: The administration issued directives focusing federal investigative priority on domestic political movements, anti-ICE activity, and ideological groups, routing monitoring tools toward localized protests and activism. [1-Brennan Center FB Article]
NSPM-7: A National Security Presidential Memorandum (which is a policy directive passed solely by a president and free from any Congressional approval or oversight) titled "Countering Domestic Terrorism and Organized Political Violence," a directive signed by President Donald Trump on September 25, 2025. I will break down the sections of this a bit more as we go along, but it establishes a unified federal framework to investigate and disrupt groups linked to political violence, specifically targeting networks associated with anti-fascism. [3-The White House] Just sit with that a second. Mind you, I'm no fan of Antifa, due largely to their selective agendas and behavior that invites a widespread crackdown on dissident groups—much like what this very memorandum does. However, to explicitly say you are targeting anyone who is associated with "anti-fascism" sounds an awful lot like you plan on doing some fascism and you don't want any meaningful opposition. So, much like we saw with militia groups and anti-government overreach groups in the wake of Waco, Ruby Ridge, and the 95 OKC bombing, we see a very deliberate policy shift towards treating US citizens who dissent against the government or its policies as taking part in "domestic terrorism".
This quiet shift allows for unprecedented punishment options against US citizens, i.e., suspension of habeas corpus (allowing for indefinite detention without charges or trial), putting the death penalty on the table for people who have not fired a single shot or even harmed anyone in any way—essentially for thought crimes. It also specifically targets citizens believed to have espoused views related to "anti-Americanism," "anti-capitalism," or "anti-Christian" viewpoints. It also instructs the Department of the Treasury and the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) to monitor and disrupt funding streams used by tax-exempt or nonprofit entities allegedly tied to political extremism. [1-Immigration Policy Tracking Project] By casting such a large and broadly defined net, Trump is weaponizing the DOJ, FBI, and IRS, among other governmental departments, to afford him the right to effectively go after any dissenting voices, strictly for exercising their First Amendment-protected free speech or holding viewpoints that are, in his eyes, contrary to his or those he feels should be broadly held by the country as a whole. Whether you are personally a Christian or not, this country was founded on the principal of freedom of religion being a God-given inalienable right, and the same is true with free speech. This single memorandum, passed with no oversight or checks and balances being involved whatsoever, effectively renders some of the core values this country was founded on moot. It opens wide the door to increased government spying, overreach, and the weaponization of government entities against political opponents and dissenting voices. To say that this is dangerous is possibly the most egregious understatement of all time.
2. Advancement of weaponized AI and digital domestic surveillance
During the second Trump administration, the relationship between the federal government and private data-mining and AI surveillance firms has fundamentally shifted. This evolution lies in leveraging specific executive authorities; the administration has deeply integrated companies like Palantir and Oracle into the core mechanics of federal data processing and enforcement. [1, 2-NY Times, Reuters]
1. The Expansion of Palantir’s Data Integration
Palantir’s federal footprint expanded drastically, with its government contract revenue nearly doubling to $970.5 million. The administration has positioned Palantir’s central data-management platform, Foundry, across multiple heavy-profile agencies. [1, 3 The Hill, Yahoo Finance]
The $1 Billion DHS Blueprint: In February 2026, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) awarded Palantir a $1 billion blanket purchase agreement. This massive contract allows any DHS sub-agency to instantly deploy Palantir's AI and data analytics platforms without undergoing standard competitive bidding processes. [1, 2- Fedscoop, Palantir OG ]
Inter-Agency "Master Lists": Under the data-sharing mandate, Foundry is being utilized to cross-reference data from the IRS, Social Security Administration (SSA), and Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). Critics note this effectively allows the government to map highly sensitive user profiles—linking tax documentation, medical claims, and phone records. [, 2, 3, 4-Democracy Now, American Civil Liberties Union]
ImmigrationOS Integration: Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) signed a $30 million contract with Palantir to develop "ImmigrationOS". This platform utilizes AI and external commercial data to map real-time migrant movements, aggregate localized addresses, and optimize targets for mass deportation operations. [1, 2, 3]
Workforce Intelligence: The administration also extended Palantir's capabilities internally. Agencies like the Department of Agriculture (USDA) and the VA have contracted Palantir to build workspace surveillance networks that track employee office attendance, device usage, and personnel movement mapping.
2. Oracle’s Institutional Consolidation
While Palantir acts as the predictive and analytical engine, Oracle has been integrated into the foundational backend of the civil service infrastructure. [1-Reutors]
The Unified HR Cloud: In June 2026, the administration awarded Oracle a contract via the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) to replace the distinct legacy databases of individual federal agencies with a singular, cloud-based HR platform. [1]
Centralizing Civil Service Profiles: This consolidation funnels the personal information, backgrounds, and professional activity of the entire federal workforce into a single private cloud provider. The move was heavily fast-tracked in coordination with efficiency initiatives designed to fundamentally restructure and screen the federal workforce. [1]
3. Integrating "Outside Entities" Into the State Apparatus
The administration's operational blueprint has blurred the line between public authority and private corporate tech in several unprecedented ways:
The Personnel Pipeline: Under the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE), the administration actively hired substantial numbers of former Palantir employees to design government architecture. This embeds a corporate data-mining philosophy directly into the creation of modern government tracking systems. [1-NPR]
Secondary Data Abuse: Privacy experts warn that this corporate integration has enabled widespread "secondary data abuse". Information that citizens originally surrendered to the state for routine purposes (such as applying for student aid or paying taxes) is routinely vacuumed up by private platforms to fuel enforcement, tracking, and threat-assessment metrics without user knowledge or consent. [1, 3-Center for American Progress]
While executives like Palantir’s Akash Jain have publicly stated that their platforms do not constitute a "master database" and operate strictly within institutional legal boundaries, the tech's actual placement within the government gives the state a highly consolidated, real-time eye into the private lives of residents. If you think that won't abused, or likely isn't already, then you really need to study your history a bit more. Lucky for you, I just put out an episode titled "File003- The Shadow Government: From Garden Plot to the Digital Cage"
that lays out precisely that history of domestic policies going after dissenting voices through domestic spying, civil disobedience plans, crushing dissent, and continuity of government planning. It may be the most important and timely episode I have ever released, and I really hope that you will not only listen, but also share it wherever possible. I feel that it important information, especially with everything we are currently seeing. As always, there is a ton of information that I simply can't get into here because I could literally fill a massive book with it all, but I hope that this has at least helped to open some of your eyes to these issues, or given those of you who are aware of this situation (the majority of my audience, which is why I love your beautiful, curious minds) some added ammunition to present to people who doubt all of this, or that you are attempting to wake up and unplug from the matrix. Never has it been more important that we keep up with advancements in this agenda. We are quite literally watching the digital panopticon being formed around us as we speak, with massive leaps in progress taking place on a near monthly basis these days. We need, desperately, to break the spell of partisan politics and recognize that we have a false duopoly. We are one side, and the uniparty/deep state/shadow government apparatus is on the other side. They use psychological manipulation to manufacture a sense of tribalism, one that triggers an emotional investment in one "party" or the other. So long as you cheer on one "side," you will be far more likely to support anything that side proposes or any politician they run. You will do so even against your own best interest so long as you are sold the premise that whatever new liberty-restricting piece of legislation they present will supposedly hurt the other "side." Regardless of how terrible a politician is or how detrimental to your life and the country as a whole they are likely to be, you will support them to prevent the "other sides" politician from getting into office. By doing so, we are enabling worse and worse and more corrupt options each time, and co-signing our own enslavement.
I realize that this probably sounds a little extreme, hyperbolic, or even "black pilled," but this is the reality that we are currently being faced with. We are watching the realization of a very long game plan coming to fruition and progressing at a faster pace than ever before. The time is now to come together and resist while we still have any sort of a voice left. What they want is crystal clear, and it is a desire that has been obvious for nearly a century now; they want total and complete control. It has likely been a goal of at least certain groups since the very inception of this country, but only now has it become truly possible. Nearly everything that the "conspiracy theorists" like myself have been warning about for decades is either currently taking place or is currently being debated and pushed in Congress. We are watching the death of the Republic in real time right now, and most people seem either oblivious to it or in total denial of it. It is our duty to ensure that we remain free and informed and that the constitution is protected at all costs. Long ago I swore an oath to protect America against all enemies, foreign OR domestic. I took that oath seriously then, as I still do now. Never has America needed protecting from within like it does today. It is incumbent upon each and every one of us to ensure that we do not allow freedom to die with a whimper.
"This is the way the world ends
This is the way the world ends
This is the way the world ends
Not with a bang but a whimper."

Bonus Editorial: What is the true agenda behind this government UAP/UFO disclosure?
By now we have all seen or heard about the government randomly deciding to launch into a soft "disclosure" on the subject of UFO/UAP/Aliens. But I have some questions about all of this, so let's try to get down to the bottom of it all. The current "soft disclosure" initiative stems from a coordinated, whole-of-government transparency directive ordered by President Donald Trump. Files, videos, and photos spanning decades are being published on the official portal at war.gov/ufo, driven by the White House, the Pentagon, NASA, and the FBI.
This comes after years of whistleblowers being silenced, NDA agreements, disinformation campaigns, and cover-ups. Followed by a congressional push and these recent hearings—which I reported on in File001 of this season. Now, with Trump's approval rating tanking, people refusing to let the Epstein story go, and massive uncertainty about the future of the country and where we are headed, NOW we get the first official "acknowledgement" of unexplained phenomena and potential alien beings. Then, once the rollout of documents did actually begin, the vast majority of what has been released are long-debunked fakes, old videos we have all seen that really prove nothing, and a lot of unverifiable hearsay in documents that seemingly lead nowhere. Why?
Well, that's the million-dollar question and the one that I am hoping to get to the bottom of. Whatever it is I can only believe that it is in service of an agenda. The government has proven, countless times, that they don't do anything without a reason and an agenda—usually one that has nothing to do with the justification they give us. So, in service of figuring out what this agenda actually is, here are my current most defensible ideas for their possible reasoning and ulterior agenda.
Plausible agendas:
These are the ones I feel will be most put forward, most rational, and easiest to defend.
Cover for classified aerospace programs. This is the most historically grounded explanation, because UFO mythology has repeatedly helped obscure tests, sensor capabilities, and black projects.
Controlled transparency to build trust. Releasing limited records can reduce pressure while keeping the government in charge of timing, framing, and access.
Narrative shaping for future anomalies. If a major event ever occurs, prior soft disclosure would help normalize the topic and make the public easier to steer. That is plausible as a communications strategy, but it remains speculative rather than proven.
Counterintelligence against adversaries. Ambiguity around UAP can distract foreign intelligence services, protect capabilities, and complicate adversary assessment. That motive is consistent with established secrecy practices. And it lines up with once again covering up classified top-secret projects that they don't want US enemies to find out about.
But....what about Project Blue Beam? I'm sure if you are reading this, then that thought has, at bare minimum, run through your head at least once. IF Project Blue Beam were real and possible with our current level of technology (which I can easily believe both of those things with a little proof), then this is precisely how you would set something like that up. Does that mean that is what we are seeing? No. But, we will circle back to it before the end of this. Here are some other possible agendas this could be in service of.
1. The Geopolitical and Military Narrative: Another grounded explanation is that the government is rebranding UAP to de-stigmatize reporting among military pilots.
The "Drone" Problem: The primary national security concern is that adversarial nations (like China or Russia) are utilizing advanced, next-generation drones or electronic warfare tech to spy on military airspace.
Overcoming Stigma: If pilots are too embarrassed to report weird objects for fear of being called "crazy," the military could miss vital intelligence on foreign espionage or advanced technology. Framing it broadly as "UAP" allows the military to collect data on potential foreign threats without admitting vulnerabilities.
2. The Controlled Narrative (Soft Disclosure): If the government actually possesses anomalous technology or knowledge of non-human intelligence, an abrupt, total revelation in their eyes could cause massive economic, religious, and social panic.
Drip-Feeding Information: Under this theory, the gradual release of low-level, easily debunked, or ambiguous videos acts as a psychological buffer.
Managing the Shock: It slowly normalizes the concept of UAP over generations, ensuring that if definitive proof is ever revealed, the public reaction is a collective shrug rather than widespread chaos.
3. Threat Inflation for Military Funding: Historically, creating a powerful, elusive threat is an effective way to secure massive military and intelligence budgets. Considering that Trump just asked for an increase of military spending, it is possible that he needs to justify that in some way in the eyes of the people. This increase represents a massive 42% to 44% increase over previous spending levels. This plan would boost defense spending by roughly $500 billion to $600 billion compared to pre-2025 baseline budgets, making it the largest inflation-adjusted military spending increase since World War II. [Just remember, they can't afford healthcare for citizens or even mandated leave].
The New Cold War: By categorizing UAP as a potential threat to national security, defense agencies can secure billions in funding for advanced sensor networks, space-based defense platforms, and aerospace research.
Unaccountable Budgets: It provides a convenient, permanent placeholder for "black budget" projects that require zero public oversight.
While Blue Beam is a very compelling possibility, and I honestly can't rule it out completely, I don't think it is the MOST likely answer at this moment. That could always change. Using perceived external threats to increase state control and surveillance is a well-documented historical reality. The government's sudden pivot is much more likely driven by a mix of bureaucratic self-preservation, fear of foreign drone breakthroughs, and a desire to control a narrative that whistleblowers were already forcing into the public eye. As well as what we already know is taking place, that being the massive increases in domestic surveillance technology and likely a desired need to justify its ever-growing scope.
Really, when it comes down to it, all we can do is speculate at this current moment. What I feel I can confidently say, though, based on years of observation and a pretty firm grasp on US government history, is that this isn't some sudden shift to being more "transparent." The only thing that is transparent about this is the fact that our government doesn't do anything for our benefit, only to service an agenda and for more and more control. That much I can guarantee.
